RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is eligible and accepted, we will provide instructions for returning your item, including the appropriate return address and return shipping information, when applicable.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and other made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital products and downloadable items are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final-sale items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your approved return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
